Quest Periph
Our Verdict

The Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller remains one of the best all-around gamepads on the market, offering rock-solid connectivity, comfortable ergonomics, and broad compatibility across Xbox consoles, PC, and mobile devices. While it lacks premium extras like remappable paddles found in the Elite series, its reliability, battery life, and price point make it an excellent choice for most gamers.

Reliable and comfortable

I've used this controller for over a year on both my Xbox and PC, and it just works every time. Battery life is fantastic and the grip feels great during long gaming sessions.

Great but wish it had rechargeable battery

Performance is excellent, very responsive. My only gripe is needing to buy a rechargeable battery pack separately since it doesn't come with one.

Perfect for PC gaming too

Paired instantly with my Windows PC via Bluetooth. The D-pad and triggers feel very precise, especially in fighting games and shooters.

Solid upgrade from older models

Noticeably better grip texture compared to my old controller. Wish it had extra mappable buttons, but overall very satisfied with the purchase.
